Are you a new mum looking to get back in-shape? Not sure how you can fit it into your baby's routine? Well why not bring baby along? This class is specifically designed for you to bring baby along. Pilates is a great way to help strengthen, tone, and stretch tired achy muscles - improving core strength, toning abdominal muscles and helping to build pelvic stability post delivery. This class is designed to allow you to bring baby along while you exercise, Sessions are 40 minutes long. Babies may be included in some exercises, but this is a the disgression of the instructor.
Mums are asked to bring along a blanket for baby and some toys if needed.
This class is limited to babies who are not on the move.

Lets Go Mummy in the Park

This is a new stroller exercsie class that allows both you and baby to benefit from exercising out doors. No childcare required, continue to drop those pounds, tone up and watch your bodyshape change before your eyes.

Water for Mum, even in cold weather
Sensible shoes / trainers and clothes you can move in.

What is your core?
Your core is the inner band of muscles, which orginates at your spine and raps around your body to meet your mid line. It acts as a suppport structure, similar to a corsett. Exercising these muscles, will improve your posture, help prevent lower back pain, reduce your waist line, and help improve weakness through your pelvic floor, leading to other problems. Babies safety is paramount. Instructor is qualified in pre and post natal exercise.
